User anlegen über script
vi create_user.sql
CREATE USER P03
IDENTIFIED BY "berlin"
DEFAULT TABLESPACE USERS
TEMPORARY TABLESPACE TEMP

ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
GRANT CONNECT TO P03;
